  • Are you under the age of 65?
  • Do you have Medicare?
  • Do you have Medicaid?

Did you fill out a form online?

In order to get a call from us, you must request that we contact you. We only call individuals who have done one of the following:

  • Completed a form on one of our diabetic supply sites asking to be contacted by a diabetic supply specialist,
  • Checked “Yes” to speak to a diabetic supply specialist on one of our advertisements that we have placed on our partners’ Web sites.
  • Requested to speak to a diabetic supply specialist through an email or banner advertisement.

How do I stop receiving your phone calls?
